Guy Overby has been a resident of Kerrville & Kerr County since 1970.  He knows the area well.  After graduating from Tivy High School Guy went on to get his B.A. in Education from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene.  He later graduated from the Dallas Mortuary School and served Kerrville for over 20 years in the funeral service business, some as owner and operator of Overby Funeral Home (1995 - 2003).  He currently serves as President of Kerr Economic Development Foundation and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2006.  He is an active member of the community.

Carrie, his wife has been a school teacher with the Kerrville Independent School District for over 20 years.  He is an avid fan of Tivy Antler Basketball where his son Connor plays.  He also watches his daughter Jacqueline as she dribbles down the court for the Houston Baptist University Lady Huskies Basketball team.

Lynn Niles has been active in real estate in Texas for more than a decade.  Prior to joining CRS, she was responsible for new home sales for 2 large builders in Houston.  She worked closely with the construction staff, general public and the Realtor community.  Before entering real estate, she was Sales and Business Manager for a major global news and information services company.  Lynn holds a BA in Economics and a MBA in Finance.  She participates in volunteer activities and currently serves on the Education Committee of the Kerrville Board of Realtors® and the Literacy Committee of the Republican Women of Kerr County.

Richard Rees with 35 years of sales experience, has a real slant toward customer service. Having lived in Kerrville for 19 years, he is very familiar with Kerrville and Kerr County. He currently serves on the Education Committee of the Kerrville Board of Realtors® and recent training has included Property Management, Legal and Ethics, and Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate. He is active in community arenas, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Dietert Senior Center and youth programs at First United Methodist Church.
