Guy Overby has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006. Guy has lived in the Kerrville/Kerr County community since 1970. He graduated from Tivy High School in 1979 and Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas in 1982. Guy holds several other certifications and licenses that include being a licensed funeral director, lifetime teacher certification and a certified economic development financial professional (EDFP). Overby was in the funeral business in Kerrville for over 20 years and during that time he owned and operated the Overby Funeral Home from 1994-2003. After serving in the funeral service he was employed as the President of the Kerr Economic Development Foundation (KEDF) for seven years assisting economic development efforts for all of Kerr County. His many years of experience of operating a business and leading economic development efforts in the Kerrville/Kerr County community can be a great asset for assisting your businesses or residential needs.

Guy is married to his wife Carrie for over 29 years. Carrie has been a school teacher with the Kerrville Independent School District for 23 years. The have two children Jacqueline and Connor. Guy is a member of the Kerrville Noon Rotary Club since 1984, a member of the First United Methodist Church, Kerrville Board of Realtors and serves as Chairman of the Kerrville Tivy Athletic Hall of Fame committee. Hobbies include being the play by play announcer on Friday nights for the Kerrville Tivy Antler Football team on our local KVHC Broadcast and an avid walker every morning with his dog “Beau” enjoying the wonderful quality of life we have living in the Texas hill country.

Lynn Niles has been active in real estate in Texas for more than a decade.  Prior to joining CRS, she was responsible for new home sales for 2 large builders in Houston.  She worked closely with the construction staff, general public and the Realtor community.  Before entering real estate, she was Sales and Business Manager for a major global news and information services company.  Lynn holds a BA in Economics and a MBA in Finance.  She participates in volunteer activities and currently serves on the Education Committee of the Kerrville Board of Realtors® and the Literacy Committee of the Republican Women of Kerr County.
